Trial usage limits

Your 7-day free trial gives you Business features, with no credit card and no automatic paid subscription. During the trial your account can have up to 20 Secure Shares, 20 Secure Receive requests, 10 E-Sign documents, 5 Smart Forms and 10 Secure Exchanges in total, counting completed and archived items. Each person can also create up to 10 Shares, Exchanges and E-Sign documents in total in any rolling hour. If you subscribe more than 48 hours before the trial ends, your card is first charged when the trial ends; in the last 48 hours, it is charged when you subscribe.

What happens when the 7-day trial ends?

Choose Vukorix Solo or Vukorix Business and subscribe to keep going. Nothing is charged automatically: there is no card to enter at the start, and you can cancel the trial at any time.

Do my clients need a Vukorix account?

No. They open one link on a branded page. There is no account to create and nothing to install, and it works on a phone.

How much is it after the trial?

Vukorix Solo is A$12.99 a month including GST, for one person: the account owner only, no team members. Vukorix Business is A$19.99 a month including GST, for the owner plus 3 team members, and more seats can be added at A$5.99 per seat a month. Both plans include every Vukorix product and unlimited shares and request pages. Solo includes 500 MB of storage, 40 text messages to clients and 15 AI document actions a month; Business includes 2 GB of storage and no monthly plan cap on text messages or AI document actions; operational controls still apply. You can switch plans at any time from Settings › Billing. Moving to Solo requires one owner, with no team members or pending invites, and storage within 500 MB. Fair use applies, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Where are my documents stored?

On servers in Sydney. Some processing is carried out by overseas service providers, for example analytics and transactional email. They are named, with the countries they operate in, in our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no annual contract. Cancel any time from Settings, Billing in the app, and your subscription stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
