They open one link on a branded page. No account to create, nothing to install, and it works on a phone.
Files, completed forms and signed documents land together in Vukorix. You watch each step from your dashboard, and anything signed comes back with an audit certificate.
Whatever the document task is, it starts the same way: you ask, they respond, and it lands back in one place.
Secure Receive
Request exactly what you need. Clients upload through one link with a checklist, so you can see what is still outstanding.
Explore Secure Receive →E-Sign
Upload a PDF, place the fields and send it. Every completed document comes back with an audit certificate.
Explore E-Sign →Smart Forms
Add fields to a PDF so clients can fill it in and send it back, instead of you piecing answers together from emails.
Explore Smart Forms →Secure Share
Share a file through a link that expires, with an optional password or PIN, instead of attaching it to an email.
Explore Secure Share →Secure Exchange
Keep an ongoing exchange in one place, with files going both ways and a record of what was sent and received.
Explore Secure Exchange →Document Library
Keep approved PDFs ready to reuse, so the next engagement letter or agreement starts from the right version.
Explore Document Library →Vukorix was designed for the practices that send agreements for signature, collect identity documents, and exchange settlement paperwork every day, with stakes that matter.
Standard encryption supports the full Vukorix workflow. Private mode adds browser-side encryption for supported file transfers. You choose which one to use per workflow, before you send.
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest while automated Vukorix systems perform the processing required for signatures, forms, previews and other workflow features.
The file is encrypted in your browser before upload. Vukorix stores only the encrypted version, and the recipient unlocks it using the required link information or their account.
Both plans include document signing, client uploads, secure sharing, reusable PDF templates, Smart Forms and two-way exchange.

Same basis for every column: one person and four people, each vendor’s own annual rate, currency exactly as they publish it with no conversion applied, and the GST position marked in every cell.

Both Vukorix plans include these workflows: signing, secure sharing, client uploads, two-way exchange, a reusable template library and Smart Forms. The plans above are established e-signature and document products, and several of them include templates or web forms on the plan shown. The difference here is the unit you pay in, not that they lack features. Compare capabilities on each vendor’s own current pricing page before you buy.
This compares published base subscription cost only. It is not a feature comparison, and nothing here claims a capability is absent from any product. One-person figures are each vendor’s published unit price for one person, and four-person figures that price multiplied by four, on their own published term: Vukorix Solo A$12.99×12 and Vukorix Business A$19.99×12, which are 12 monthly payments rather than an annual subscription price; DocuSign A$444 per user; PandaDoc US$49×12 per seat; Adobe A$455.88 per licence. For one person, DocuSign also publishes a Personal plan at A$180 a year. Vukorix and Adobe prices include GST. DocuSign and PandaDoc state that additional tax may apply, so those two figures are not on a GST-inclusive basis. No currency conversion has been applied. What an Australian buyer pays for a plan published in US dollars moves with the exchange rate and may attract an international transaction fee. Competitor prices reviewed 6 October 2026 against each vendor’s own published pricing page. Prices and packaging change; check each vendor’s current published price before deciding. How we compare.

Vukorix offers two modes. Standard encryption stores your files on Vukorix servers with AES-256. It's used for E-Sign, Smart Forms, blackout, document previews, and the Document Library, where Vukorix needs to read the document. Private mode is end-to-end encrypted for Secure Share, Secure Receive, and Secure Exchange (files in both directions): your browser locks the file before it leaves your computer, and Vukorix only ever stores the encrypted version. Everything is also encrypted in transit when it travels over the internet.

In most cases, yes. Electronic signatures have been recognised in Australia since the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth), and every state and territory has its own electronic transactions legislation closely modelled on it, though the detail and the exemptions differ between jurisdictions. Since 2022, companies registered under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) have been able to sign documents, including deeds, electronically, and to use split execution. The law is technology-neutral: what matters is that the method identifies the signatory, indicates their intention, is as reliable as appropriate for the purpose, and that the other party accepts it. An audit trail helps you prove a signature was validly made. Some documents are different. Wills, enduring powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian, affidavits and state statutory declarations have their own rules that vary by state, and in several states still need a wet-ink signature and an in-person witness. Land title dealings go through the separate electronic conveyancing system and are signed by your lawyer or conveyancer. This is general information, not legal advice.
