Client upload portal

Collect client documents without the email back-and-forth.

Create one branded request with a clear checklist for photo ID, payslips, a notice of assessment or a BAS. Clients upload through Vukorix instead of attaching sensitive documents to email, and your team sees what has arrived and what is still outstanding.

Features

Make document requests easier for your team and your clients.

Tell clients exactly what to send

Create required and optional checklist items, from photo ID to payslips and BAS records, so clients can see what is needed and what is still outstanding.

Give clients a professional experience

Add your logo and brand styling so the request page looks like your practice rather than a generic upload form.

Collect files and completed PDFs together

Attach a Smart Form when clients need to complete a PDF, such as a client details form, as part of the same request.

Add an extra access check

Use a 4-digit PIN or SMS code so access to the client's mailbox alone is not enough to open the request. SMS codes go to Australian mobile numbers.

Reduce manual follow-up

Set a due date and let automatic reminders prompt clients about outstanding items, instead of sending the follow-up emails yourself.

Download the completed request

Download the files the client supplied and the completed PDFs returned through the request, ready for the client file.

Keep documents out of email

Reduce what a compromised mailbox can expose.

Clients upload through Vukorix instead of sending documents as email attachments, so identity and financial records do not sit in mailboxes on both sides. The email carries the request link, not copies of the documents, and uploaded files are stored in Sydney. Choose Standard encryption for the complete workflow, or Private mode for supported file uploads.

Standard mode

Use the complete Secure Receive workflow.

Files are encrypted in transit, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a Vukorix-managed key, and stored in Sydney. Automated Vukorix systems provide previews, Smart Forms and request processing.

  • Branded upload page and checklist
  • Smart Forms can be included
  • Request status and activity available to your team
Private mode

Add browser-side encryption for supported uploads.

Supported files are encrypted in the client's browser before upload. Vukorix stores encrypted file data in Sydney and cannot read the contents of those files. They stay encrypted until an authorised account in your organisation unlocks them.

  • Browser-side encryption for supported uploads
  • Optional filename hiding
  • No client account required
  • Smart Forms are not available in Private mode
  • Sensitive file contents are not sent as email attachments

Client documents stay out of inboxes and sent folders. Add a 4-digit PIN or SMS code so access to the mailbox alone is not enough to open the request.

Secure Receive FAQ

Questions about collecting client documents.

What is a client upload portal?

A client upload portal gives clients one organised place to send the documents your practice has asked for, such as proof of identity, payslips or a notice of assessment. Secure Receive combines a checklist, upload page, request status and reminders in one workflow.

Can clients upload documents without creating an account?

Yes. Clients open the request link, review the checklist and upload the requested files without creating a Vukorix account or installing an app.

Can I request specific documents from a client?

Yes. Create required and optional checklist items, from photo ID and payslips to a BAS or a notice of assessment, so clients know exactly what to supply. Your team can see what has arrived, what remains outstanding and where follow-up is still needed.

Does Secure Receive keep sensitive files out of email?

Clients upload files through Vukorix rather than attaching them to email, and those files are stored in Sydney. The email may still contain the request link, so add a PIN or SMS access check when access to the mailbox alone should not be enough to open the request. SMS codes go to Australian mobile numbers.

What is the difference between Secure Receive and email attachments?

Email spreads requests and documents across inboxes, sent folders and long threads, and identity and financial records end up sitting in mailboxes on both sides. Secure Receive gives clients one organised checklist, shows what remains outstanding and keeps returned files connected to the request.
