An Australian company, with your documents stored in Sydney.

Vukorix is built and operated by Osmicro Networks Pty Ltd, ACN 642 841 638 / ABN 70 642 841 638, registered in New South Wales. Your documents, account data and uploaded files are stored in the Sydney (SYD1) region. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We monitor the service, maintain backups and recovery procedures, test changes before release, and keep improving security and reliability. When you send, receive, sign or share a document, the experience should be simple for your client and dependable for your practice.

What we take seriously.

We built Vukorix to solve everyday document problems without making the product complicated or expensive. The same principle applies behind the scenes: keep the system monitored, backed up, tested, maintained and improving — and be plain about where your files sit and what we can and cannot claim.

Being stored in Sydney is not the same as never leaving Australia, so we will not say it is. Some sub-processors work offshore, including Google Analytics for aggregated website analytics and the provider that delivers our operational email. Those are cross-border disclosures under Australian Privacy Principle 8, and every sub-processor is listed with its purpose and location in the Privacy Policy.

Vukorix is not currently SOC 2 certified, is not ISO 27001 certified, and has not completed an independent external cryptographic audit. It has not been assessed under the Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) and holds no Australian Government security accreditation. Recognised information-security certifications, such as ISO 27001, are maintained by the providers that host the service, not by Vukorix. We publish our current security, privacy and legal information so customers can make informed decisions.
