Why Vukorix

Spend less time chasing documents and more time progressing the application.

Give clients one clear document list

Show exactly which payslips, statements and identification documents you need, and what is still outstanding.

Keep the application moving

Use notifications and reminders on supported tasks so there is less chasing before the file goes to the lender.

Keep the file together

Incoming documents, signed disclosures and anything you send back stay attached to the task, which supports the records you keep for the matter.

Secure Receive

Collect the supporting documents through one request.

Payslips, ATO notices of assessment, BAS and bank statements set out a client's whole financial position, and the file behind an application is what you rely on if a lender, ASIC or AFCA later asks how it was put together. Request each item through one checklist rather than an email thread, and keep what arrives with the rest of the file. Uploads are stored in Sydney.

  1. List what the lender needs, and what is optional
  2. Send the client one request link
  3. See what has arrived and what is still outstanding

E-Sign

Send credit disclosures and authorities for signature.

Send the credit guide, privacy consent, credit proposal disclosure or letter of authority as a PDF, add a field for each signer, and keep the signed copy with its audit certificate. Electronic signing requirements vary by document type and jurisdiction, so get your own advice for anything with special execution requirements.

  1. Upload the PDF and place the fields
  2. Send the signing link to each applicant
  3. Download the signed PDF and audit certificate

Secure Exchange

Collect documents and send the loan paperwork back in one place.

Keep the client's uploads, the documents you send back, messages and the completion record in one exchange for the matter, instead of scattered across replies and attachments.

  1. Request the documents you need for the application
  2. Check what arrives and send the credit proposal or loan paperwork back
  3. Keep incoming and outgoing items on the one file

For clients

One clear place for the client to respond.

Your client gets one link for what they need to upload or sign, instead of a chain of emails with attachments. Your team can see what is still outstanding without having to ask.

FAQ
What supporting documents can I request?

Use Secure Receive to request payslips, ATO notices of assessment, BAS, bank statements, identification documents and anything else on the lender's checklist, through one request.

Do clients need a Vukorix account?

For most recipient tasks, no. Clients open the link to upload files, sign, complete, or access the requested document. What they upload is stored in Sydney.

Can I send documents back to the client?

Yes. Secure Exchange lets your team collect supporting documents and send the credit guide, credit proposal or loan paperwork back through the same exchange.

Does Vukorix meet my NCCP or AML/CTF obligations?

No. Vukorix is a document tool, not a compliance service. It can collect identification and supporting documents and keep a record of what was sent, signed and received, but it does not verify a client's identity, form a preliminary assessment, or determine whether you have met your obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) (the NCCP Act), the best interests duty, or any customer identification requirements that apply to you under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and the AUSTRAC rules. Those obligations stay with you and your licensee, and how they apply to your business is a matter for your own advice.
