Standard encryption protects stored file content with AES-256-GCM, using a key that Vukorix manages. It also supports file transfer, the message thread, Smart Forms and E-Sign items in the same exchange.
Private mode encrypts supported file transfers in the browser before upload, so Vukorix stores encrypted data it cannot read. Messaging, Smart Forms and E-Sign items remain available through Standard mode.
Use Standard mode when the exchange includes messages, Smart Forms or E-Sign items. Use Private mode when supported file transfers need browser-side encryption.
